PLOT
The Earth's resources have been depleted by humanity in the not too distant future. Mining colonies are established on the Moon to supply essential natural resources needed to support Earth's population. The colonists respond after decades of abuse by the Earth Federal Government by engaging in acts of terrorism, which sparks a direct confrontation with their superiors. The colonists on the Moon revere Dallos, a strange edifice that offers them hope. Shun Nonomura, a young colonist who joins the rebels, is drawn into the conflict and has a profound impact on people who are close to him. As the loyalty to Earth as the motherland of humanity is called into doubt, a generational gap between the younger natural born colonists and their older compatriots develops.
