PLOT
Dance is the sole medium through which Ai Shizukuishi can express herself. She is quiet and introverted at school, but she cross dresses online as the well-known dancer "Ai." She hopes to surpass the free-spirited dance sensation Hayate one day. Ai is chosen by a reputable entertainment company to join Hayate in forming an idol group called "Buddyz" as a result of the growing popularity of her videos. However, he is not aware of her true gender because they are a male and a male combo. He would have to break up their group if he found out the truth. The fact that Hayate has a crush on Ai's female self just makes things more difficult! Ai tries to come out of her shell through dance and match up to Hayate while struggling to conceal her gender. While doing so, Buddyz competes against other strong idol groups to be the greatest.
