PLOT
Brothers Kakeru and Suguru both have a ferocious passion for soccer. However, while Suguru becomes a rising star in the Japanese junior soccer system, Kakeru decides to take on a coaching role after struggling on the field. But owing to a sad twist of destiny, Kakeru winds up reevaluating the role he has chosen. Kakeru practices harder than anybody else with the hopes of one day being able to represent his country at the World Cup by joining the national squad. However, he is not acting alone in his pursuit of fame. Kakeru's childhood buddy, Nana, is a soccer prodigy of her own, with the terrible nickname “Little Witch”. She is a top-ranked athlete who currently represents Nadeshiko Japan, the women's national team of Japan. Kakeru is inspired to strive for his objectives by Nana's achievement.
