PLOT
With the development of technology, humans progressively colonized the whole solar system, living on planets from Mercury to Pluto. The "Daiundoukai," a significant sports competition including numerous aspiring female athletes from all around the solar system, is the outcome of this. The competition's victor is dubbed the "Cosmo Beauty," assuming a queenly position. When Kanata Akehoshi, a departing potato farmer, was a young girl, she saw an object that resembled a meteor fall from the sky and smash into a nearby forest. She discovered a damaged spaceship and a young woman who appeared to have been inside but had been weakened by the collision when she arrived to check the debris. The female asked Kanata to join the Daiundoukai and turn into the Cosmo Beauty while also giving her two bracelets. Kanata complied, but before she could inquire about the girl's name, the girl abruptly vanished, leaving nothing behind—not even the crash hole. Kanata has since committed herself to training in an effort to keep her pledge. Kanata goes to the University Satellite, where she studies with other competitors to get ready for the forthcoming competition, after winning the qualifying round to represent the planet Earth. She makes friends with her other competitors there and helps them get along so they may achieve better in the competition. Kanata learns an underlying mystery about the Daiundoukai as she progresses toward the desired title and increases her chances of running into the girl who altered her destiny.
