PLOT
Ryouma Sakamoto wants people to know how much he loves rock 'n' roll, so he goes about town playing his electric guitar and demonstrating to anyone he meets that he is just as talented as the well-known Shinsengumi stars they look up to. Unfortunately, Japan only permits that band's Heaven's Songs, as creating or performing other genres of music is illegal and can have serious repercussions. Ryouma is enraged by the rigid regulations and brainwashing, and he makes every effort to convince people that the music they love will grant them the freedom they are due. Shinsaku Takasugi and Kogoru Katsura, Ryouma's bandmates, and he put a lot of effort into finding venues for his rock and roll group to play. The trio start to learn there's more to their passion than they initially assumed as they continue to refuse to let up until their music is embraced in Japan.
