PLOT
All impurities are dealt with by exorcists in Magano, a parallel world full of monsters known as "Kegare." A prodigy exorcist known for her power, Benio Adashino is invited to Tokyo by the Exorcist Union. She stumbles into the arms of Rokuro Enmadou, a young exorcist with a terrible history, as she is traveling. But Magano's impurities are persistent. When the two exorcists see two kids being taken by a Kegare, Benio rushes into Magano to save the kids while pulling Rokuro behind her. In a battle she is about to lose, Rokuro intervenes to save Benio, demonstrating that he has the skills to compete with her. In Sousei no Onmyouji, two gifted exorcists are prophesied to become the "Twin Star Exorcists" and the parents of the Miko, the Abe no Seimei reincarnation who would purify the world of all impurities.
