PLOT
In the opening scene of Headmasters, Galvatron commands a fresh group of Destrons to attack Cybertron. The Cybertron Headmasters, headed by Fortress, arrive and save the Cybertrons (Cerebros, the head of Fortress Maximus). It is revealed that Fortress Maximus finally returned to Cybertron after leaving the planet millions of years ago in pursuit of energy. He says that the robots on the planet Master, where the Headmasters originate, created themselves bodies the size of Transformers. They can then change into the robot heads and have since joined the conflict between Cybertron and Destron.
