PLOT
The Daichis are a dysfunctional family that might split up. Mom Seiko, who is dissatisfied and driven by money, has issued divorce papers to dad Mamoru, who is a cowardly otaku. Nozomi, the daughter who has always been forced to do all the chores, is hurt that everyone is taking advantage of her. Dai, who is the youngest and also the foulest-mouthed, is made to watch while everything disintegrates. The Daichis will have a chance to defend the earth and perhaps even themselves when the Galaxy Federation enlists them to fight alien threats to Earth's survival.
