PLOT
Eva Wei, a young woman whose mother Maya perished in a catastrophic race accident ten years earlier, leaves boarding school in 2082 in order to visit her father Don Wei, who is regarded as the world's greatest race director. Eva disguises herself as "Molly" to avoid detection when Don doesn't recognize her due to their extended separation and works as his mechanic. The planet's survival depends on Wei's team obtaining the "Ultimate Prize," which is said to be able to grant any request before the wicked Crog Empire can, in the Great Race of ban, in which Don's team is chosen as Earth's representative. After a sabotage incident prevents the Earth team's star pilot Rick Thunderbolt from competing, Molly takes over control of the team's ship, the Whizzing Arrow, along with gunner Jordan Wilde. In order to defend Earth from the Crogs as well as to win the Ultimate Prize and possibly bring her mother back, Molly becomes determined to win the competition.
