PLOT
In the Tokugawa period, when Christians in Japan were being persecuted, Ninja Resurrection takes place. Amakusa Shir, the commander of the Shimabara Rebellion, had hoped to fend against the government forces that were targeting Christians like him, but he was killed in the process. It is up to Yagy Jbei Mitsuyoshi to stop the demonic invasion when Amakusa's restless ghost returns shortly after to get revenge on his killed allies.
