PLOT
Both superheroes who emerge to oppose evil hidden organizations intent on destroying the planet can be found all around Japan. Agastia is one such nefarious organization that runs out of a base that is concealed beneath a front firm with its headquarters someplace in Tokyo. The superhero Divine Swordsman Blader frequently foils Agastia's attempts to rule the planet. The protagonist of this tale is Miss Kuroitsu, an assistant in Agastia's Monster Development Department who was tasked with developing a monster potent enough to permanently vanquish Blader. The fact that Kuroitsu and her Department must compete for funding and resources with other Departments within the organization, present budgetary justifications to the board, or deal with their leader's whims forcing them to change their designs at the last minute, illustrates how this organization functions like any large corporation.
