PLOT
Takeshi Nanase is a regular high school student with a tumultuous and somewhat gloomy history. He encounters a girl named Mui Aiba wearing a school uniform he has never seen before as he makes his way to kendo practice. Instead of saying "thank you" to Takeshi for healing her, she mistakenly transforms him into a magician. Takeshi discovers that the world he is presently inhabiting and the world of magicians are actually two separate entities. He also finds out that Mui is a magician who attends the Subaru Magic Academy, a place for magicians to learn how to control their abilities and coexist peacefully with ordinary people. Takeshi and his new magical friends Kurumi Isoshima and Kazumi Ida decide to enroll in the academy as well rather than going back to the real world.
