PLOT
One day, an unidentified stranger gives two plush dinosaurs to Miho Shinohara, a 9-year-old elementary school student. She receives a magic sketchbook and pen from the animated plush dinosaurs. She is able to create images in the sketchbook within certain parameters and under varied degrees of control. Miho has the ability to change into a teenage girl that she refers to as Fancy Lala. Lala's long journey to stardom begins when Yumi Haneishi, the head of the talent agency Lyrical Productions, spots her one day.
