PLOT
In January 2040, three decades after the end of the Great War between Humans and Zentradi, the United Nations administration is conducting testing on the colony planet Eden to discover new technology for their changing fighter planes. Isamu Alva Dyson, a loose cannon, and Guld Goa Bowman, a mixed-race Zentradi, are chosen to fly new aircraft (the YF-19 from Shinsei Industries and the YF-21 from General Galaxy) as part of Project Super Nova to determine the newest replacement for the VF-11 Thunderbolt variable fighter, which is still in use by the U.N. Spacy military forces. Their own personal animosities end up interfering with the tests and wrecking the program.
