PLOT
The plot of this shonen comedy, which is set in the Kanagawa Prefecture, revolves around Keitar Urashima's attempts to keep a promise he made to a little girl to enroll them both in the University of Tokyo. He hopes to be admitted to the university in order to discover the girl he made the commitment to, but he has forgotten her name. After failing the entrance exam twice and no longer receiving financial help from his parents, he checks into his grandmother's hotel only to discover that it has been turned into a female-only flat. When his aunt shows up and says that his grandmother has given him the title to the apartments, the tenants are preparing to evict him. To their chagrin, Keitar is appointed the new manager of the family-run girls' dorm Hinata House and now has to juggle his new duties with his preparation for the university entrance exam.
