PLOT
The Meiji Restoration took place in 1868. As a result, the nation had to deal with many outlaws, including samurai who rebelled against their overthrown positions. Although many were detained, they quickly escaped and went on the rampage throughout Japan. The authorities therefore made every effort to stop this by erecting a massive prison in the midst of Lake Biwa. However, they required a mode of transportation to get these criminals to the prison. The Kum brothers were given the task of transporting these convicts to their final resting place in this manner.
