PLOT
Yuji Itadori is a high school student from Sendai who is unusually fit. Yuji's grandfather imparts to him two profound lessons on his deathbed: "always help others" and "die surrounded by others." When Yuji's Occult Club companions opened a rotten finger talisman that he had swallowed to protect Megumi Fushiguro and their pals, they attracted Curses to their school and became hosts to a potent Curse known as Ryomen Sukuna. All sorcerers must exorcise Sukuna (and, by implication, Yuji) right away due to his wicked nature. When Satoru Gojo, Megumi's teacher, notices that Yuji is still in control of his body, he takes him to the Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School with a suggestion for his superiors: put off Yuji's execution and train with Satoru until he consumes all of Sukuna's fingers to end the Curse. The Cursed spirit Mahito and a corrupted sorcerer named Suguru Geto, who was killed by Satoru a year earlier, are among a group of cursed spirits that are planning a multifaceted attack on the world of jujutsu sorcery at the same time. At the jujutsu school exchange between the Tokyo and Kyoto schools, the headmaster of the Kyoto school wants Yuji killed right away. Others, though, support Satoru in order to preserve Yuji's life.
