PLOT
Seven high schools—Nanyo Academy, Kyosho Academy, Seito Academy, Yoshu Academy, Rakuyo High School, Gogun High School, and Yoshu Private School—engage in a turf battle for dominance in the Kant area of Japan. Each school's fighters wear the sacred jewels known as magatama, which hold the souls and destiny of warriors from the 1800-year-old Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. Koukin Shuuyu's cousin Hakufu Sonsaku joins Nanyo Academy at her mother's request and is a highly competent fighter with a forceful attitude. Koukin Shuuyu is a descendant of the great conqueror Sun Ce. Like her predecessor, she had the same destiny: to rule all the schools. However, her fate has a darker and more perilous aspect that could alter the path of history irrevocably.
