A secret organization called Nematoda engaged Professors Akitsu, Himuro, and Wakatsuki to create Zeorymer, the ultimate "G-Class" enormous robot. Nematoda had aspirations to rule the globe. On his deathbed over two decades later, Professor Akitsu instructs Masaki Akitsu that Zeorymer must not awaken. A short while later, Miku Himuro, a new pupil, enrolls at Masaki's school. Masaki is eager to learn more and understand what his father meant by his last words, so she swiftly persuades him to meet Professor Himuro, her adopted father. He arrives at Professor Himuro's location using a fast pod that is buried beneath the city. Because they believed they had the sole "Joint," Nematoda's General Golshid sent a G-Class robot to attack their base and kill them as soon as he learned of the Himuro's appearance in Japan. Masaki is the only one who can fly Zeorymer, thus Himuro forces him to do so and save them. After getting Masato's approval, Himuro takes his daughter into surgery without telling him. There, he implants a "Dimensional Joint," a subpar copy of the original, into his daughter's womb, which causes her to be teleported into Zeorymer's "eye." Zeorymer's full talents must be used in order to do this; otherwise, it is just an old G-Class robot. Masaki struggles with the bizarre systems, but Zeorymer eventually awakens fully. Masaki also experiences an odd and fleeting change in personality. Zeorymer then uses the spherical energy weapon on the back of its hand to completely annihilate its opponent in one strike.
