PLOT
A new virtual reality massively multiplayer online game (VRMMO) game called Gunpla Battle Nexus Online (GBN) is created in the near future, when the Gundam franchise is at its height and the popularity of Gunpla is reaching new heights. Players can upload themselves and their Gunpla online through the virtual environment and engage in combat with other players from across the globe in Gunpla Battle Nexus Online. The player takes on the character of a Gunpla Diver in the actual game, and to determine who is the finest Gunpla Diver, an annual competition called the "Gunpla Force Battle Tournament" is held. Riku Mikami, a 14-year-old junior high school student and a fan of renowned Gunpla Diver Kyoya Kujo, is the focus of the narrative. He enjoys playing GBN with his friends Yukio and Momoka and collecting Gunpla. But as odd things begin to happen in the GBN with the appearance of Mass-Divers, his own life is changed when he meets Sarah, a fascinating female Diver. He forms their first Gunpla Diver group under the guidance of his new allies, going on epic adventures with his buddies and competing to prove who is the strongest fighter in the GBN universe, which would soon unleash unexpected forces on gunpla.
