PLOT
The first OVA centers on a young girl named Elaine and describes the conception and creation of a "Genocyber," an ultimate biological weapon produced by fusing the abilities and awareness of two psychic sisters. The world's governments are starting to build a new global government. The Kuryu Group, a sizable Japanese firm that is a global leader in military research, is funding the project under the direction of a mad scientist. The Kuryu Group was referred to as Kuron in the English adaptation by Manga UK, but this was changed for episodes 4 and 5 by Central Park Media. The plot opens in Hong Kong and centers on Elaine, a young girl with an animal nervous system. She is essential to the scientist's plans to activate the Genocyber by fusing her abilities with those of her disabled sister, Diana. Both were the offspring of the mad scientist's former working partner, whom he had betrayed in order to obtain funds for his study.
