PLOT
When the two were joined up under the codename "Lovely Angels," Kei and Yuri were initially junior auxiliary agents in the Worlds Works and Welfare Agency (W.W.W.A. or 3WA for short). In addition to the fact that Yuri's dating exploits were well known and that Kei was ending her fourth probation for something she had done, the two were immediately hostile to one another. At first, Kei and Yuri were unwilling to collaborate, and Kei even left the 3WA. After that, the two kept working together, but because to all the collateral damage they (unintentionally) create when finishing their investigations, they came to be known as "the Dirty Pair." Even though the two are finally getting along, they still argue and whine to one another. Although it is frequently said that Kei and Yuri are younger versions of the original Lovely Angels, this series is actually an alternate universe adaptation of the Dirty Pair story, taking place in the years 2248–2249.
