PLOT
The leader of all vampires and princess of the ancient covenant, Mina Tepes, wants her kind to stop hiding from humans. She has used her vast funds to pay off all of Japan's national debt, earning the right to establish a region off its coast that would serve as a future haven for vampires all over the world. However, certain politicians, terrorists, and competing factions are preparing to assassinate Mina before she has an opportunity to gain Japan's and other countries recognition for the Vampire Bund when she ultimately tries to make the existence of vampires known to the world. Now, in an effort to lead a regular life, she must rely on her strength, ruthlessness, and those who are closest to her.
