PLOT
The delinquent Minami "Ikki" Itsuki is a student. Ikki, also referred to as the "Unbeatable Babyface," is the boss of the young gang known as the "East Side Gunz." Ikki learns a secret that his supporters, the Noyamano sisters, had kept a secret from him after he was humiliated by a street gang of Storm Riders known as the Skull Saders. The sisters are part of a troop of Storm Riders known as Sleeping Forest. They give Ikki a pair of Air Trecks in an effort to help him regain his self-esteem and pride. Ikki eventually makes amends with the Skull Saders, but in doing so, he gains more than just the joy of getting even. Our brash protagonist, who is determined to feel the sense of "flying" for as long as possible, is rapidly drawn into the enigmatic yet seductive realm of Air Treck.
