PLOT
Reina Aharen is a little and cute student with a soft voice who fails to measure distance and personal space. She can be inches away from your face at moments, and miles away at others! Raidou Matsuboshi, the student sitting next to her in class, is the only one who makes an effort to comprehend her actions. Altough he has a frightening appearance, he is a sweet young man with a vivid imagination. After Raidou picks up Aharen's eraser for her, Aharen-san wa Hakarenai follows the unusual pair as their strange friendship develops. She misinterprets his gesture and now believes they are closest friends, demonstrating how the simplest of things may prove to be the most difficult of obstacles for them.
