PLOT
There are creatures called Season Fairies, they control the weather with their mythical insturements. They make it rain, they make the snow fall, whatever situation the weather is involved they are also involved. Sugar, a Snow Fairy student, and her friends Pepper and Salt, want to become Season Fairies, the type that can make everything happen. The way to maket his happen goes through the ‘Twinkles’ which are capable of making the fairies magical flowers Bloom. The problem though, they don’t know what a twinkle is.They take help from a girl named Sagai who can see the fairies. However Saga lives a planned life and is annoyed by the fact that fairies are too lively. Together, they are searching fort he Twinkles!
