The series follows a young man named Tsubasa Shiki who moves from Tokyo to Hokkaido. On his first day at his new school, Tsubasa meets a girl named Minami Fuyuki. Minami is a beautiful girl who wears the traditional clothes of Hokkaido and walks outdoors without socks despite the cold weather. Tsubasa is impressed by Minami's originality and becomes friends with her.
