With the release of a special trailer, the second season of Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki has been formally announced. The new season will have 13 episodes and the name will be Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki: 2nd Stage.
The anime's first offline event, Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki Fes, will take place on April 16 in Saitama, where the series is based, according to the Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki: 2nd Stage special trailer. The event will feature appearances by voice performers Gen Satou (Fumiya Tomozaki), Hisako Kanemoto (Aoi Hinami), Ikumi Hasegawa (Minami Nanami), Ai Kayano (Fuuka Kikuchi), Ryouko Maekawa (Hanabi Natsubayashi), and Nene Hieda (Yuzu Izumi).
