The giant spaceship called the Whale heads to the devastated New York City in response to a signal for help. The distress call soon turns out to be an Invaders' trap and once again it is the mysterious black-colored Getter who saves the day. The pilot emerges from the cabin, and to everyone's surprise, a young Ryoma Nagare appears. Ryoma explains to Benkei that, due to the bomb explosion in the past, he suffered a 13-year space / time jump, finding himself transported to a lunar base. Finding an old Getter-1, Ryoma repaired and modified it, returning to Earth to continue the battle. The invaders attack again, while at the Tower a massive displacement of all the Invaders on Earth is detected: half of them are heading to New York, while the other half on an island in the Pacific; Hayato gives orders that the entire Robot Army converge on the Pacific, as this is most likely the place where the Shin Dragon dwells.
