Memempu and Gagumber are escorted to Windy Hill by Merooro to carry out their punishment of hard labor for the trouble they caused in Jolly-Jolly. After arriving at Windy Hill, a lush area full of grass and trees, Memempu sees a barren wasteland nearby inhabited by the endangered vultures and notices that no wind is blowing through the area.
