When Hideki's band practice is noisy, the residents around the stage start suing the court, and even show their willingness to fight it all the way to the Supreme Court. As a countermeasure, Hideki decides to ask Mr. Tsunohama, a lawyer who is currently being talked about on TV, to represent him, and immediately visits his office. However, Hideki starts discussing something completely different, and Kadohama promises to change the constitution.
