Before disappearing, Raiko left numbers of strange photos. One of them is a photo of the skyscraper complex where the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Offices reside in Shinjuku, submerged in water. Hikaru feels that this photo may be related to her brother's disappearance, and talks to Tsuna about it. However, Tsuna ends up getting her upset from being too, concerned about her wellbeing.
