Kyoko meets the usually absent Mr. Ichinose. Kentaro asks Kyoko and Godai to attend sports day at his school in place of his parents (as his father works long hours and he fears his mother will embaress him with drunken antics.) Mrs. Ichinose overhears and surprises Kentaro with his father taking a day off and her being sober.
