Enju is introduced as a freelance potter responsible for create demonic clay soldiers. Kawaramaru is addressed as as a warrior accountable for commanding the demonic clay soldiers. They both have been resurrected by their mother, Urasue the ogress sorceress demon. The protagonists fight their way past the demonic clay soldiers. InuYasha ultimately uses to Tetsusaiga to wipe out Kawaramaru, along with the demonic clay soldiers.
