As Ayano walks back to the stands, Kaoruko gives her a handkerchief to prepare her for what she claims will be Ayano's loss; Ayano takes it in stride. Later, Kaoruko's match against Ayano begins, and Ayano has the upper hand. Ayano wins the first set with a score of 21–17, and the second set with a score of 21-16. She gives the same handkerchief back to Kaoruko, but Kaoruko does not accept it and heads back to the locker room...
