Sieg, Jeanne, and Atalanta are transported into a nightmare version of Victorian London created by Jack the Ripper, where they learn that Jack the Ripper isn't an actual person, but instead the amalgamation of all of the spirits of the children who were victimized and killed during the Victorian era. Atalanta, remembering how she was abandoned by her birth parents before being adopted and wanting to create a world where children are loved, sides with the spirits and tries to protect them from Jeanne, who believes the only way to free the spirits is to destroy them...
