After briefly hearing the voice of Orion in the park, the heroine goes home and talks with Shin about their relationship. The next day, her coworkers invite her to light fireworks with them. Shin shows up at the party and needs to talk to the Heroine alone. As they walk into the forest, Shin suddenly pins her to the tree as he explains the accident to her. The events he describes are similar to how she remembers falling from the cliff, but not identical. Shin becomes aggressive, and the Heroine becomes afraid of him again, and tries to run away from him like she did before. But this time, Shin grabs her arm to save her, and apologizes for trying to rush their relationship.
