Episode Title:Vice Mayor.Episode Description:Before Tom can flee Jefferton (being quite distraught that nothing has "worked out" for him), the Mayor awards him the post of Vice Mayor. However, this turns out to be the Vice Mayor of Hobotown, and it does not take long for Tom to become embroiled in a bad real-estate deal and a hobo-revolution.
