As the other spots of the apartment are occupied by the other tenants like Alexis, Miranda, Mrs. Kernicky, Mr. Nakamura and his dog Nelson, Cory, and Georgia, Ronnie Anne and Sid head to the laundry room where they find an abandoned room. After secretly getting some stuff down their, the two of them plan to use it as their secret hangout to keep the other tenants from knowing. Though Ronnie Anne and Sid come to regret their decision when the other tenants plan to give up their spots to them.
