Their friend Amy runs away with her horse Nicholas thinking her father is replacing the horse with an automobile. The mice with the help of Blister follow Amy and rescue her from a pack of dingoes with the aid of Uncle Arthur. Then they proceed to rescue Amy's parents from the desert.
