But it is discovered that the voice chip that makes Hallie talk went down to her foot and needs surgery to remove it. Pop Up Paulo a pop-up toy frog that Donny received in a goodie bag injures himself but Doc and the others thinks that Pop Up Paulo is faking it and don't realize that he is really injured.
