Episode Title:Passengers and Polish.Episode Description:Duncan loses his temper when the passengers and the other engines get luxuries instead of him, and doesn't stop complaining. Duncan is in a bad mood, and to make matters worse, he stops on the viaduct, which causes confusion and delay, making the passengers furious. The Fat Controller later argues with him, "No passengers means no polish!"
