Meanwhile, an old man collapses in front of the house, and Ms. Tanaka takes him in. As a show of gratitude, the old man gives Tanaka the Saint's Stone, a big rock that has the power to expel shinigami. So naturally, the stone prevents Takuto and Meroko from getting into contact with Mitsuki, which is bad because she has a job to do later.
