Episode Title:DIO's World, Part 2.Episode Description:Kakyoin uses Hierophant Green to surround DIO with wires that automatically attack him with Emerald Splash once touched. A second after, Hierophant Green's barrier is torn down while DIO fatally wounds Kakyoin. Kakyoin deduces the nature of The World's ability in his final moments, using the last of his strength to use an Emerald Splash to smash a clock face as a clue for Joseph. Using this clue, Joseph figures out that DIO has the power to stop time. Realizing there are some limits to DIO's power, Joseph conducts his Hamon through Hermit Purple to keep DIO at a distance, and rushes to warn Jotaro about The World. DIO catches up to Joseph and freezes time long enough to stab him in the neck with a throwing knife. Furious, Jotaro ignores Joseph's warning to keep his distance and instead confronts DIO in a close-range Stand battle.
