She devises a plan to get out of paying when she discovers they're at the wrong restaurant.
Phoebe Skips: Phoebe is promoted to the sixth grade, but ignores Helga when she tells Phoebe that her new so-called "friends" are just using her to do their homework. She learns the hard way when a younger girl is also moved up to 6th grade, and her "friends" ditch Phoebe for the new girl. Phoebe runs crying to Helga, who welcomes Phoebe back and plots to get back at the older girls.
