He finds books on Dianoia, Aion and instructions for a Satanic ritual to control a corpse. Just as he discovers the secrets to creating an incorruptible body, he is bitten by a black mamba snake. Hallucinating, he finds himself in Satan’s Court where his faith is tested, but he survives, regaining consciousness in hospital, saved by a serum Joseph had requested from Lauren.
