With only a week until the Paradise Coord competition, Lala, Sophy and Mirei are faced with a lack of training. That is until Gloria and Love put them into shape at a training camp! The girls must complete the training if they are ever to leave. While Lala & Mirei are able to push through, they are worried about Sophy and her weak constitution. However Sophy manages to push through and the girls pass their training.
