Encountering a particularly blustery morning, Yuu remarks that something is sure to happen that day as she begins her school commute; sure enough, Yuu encounters a boy named Mamoru Hidaka that annoys her classmates with his insistence on divining the wind and repulsing all student attempts to enforce the school rules as he makes a hasty retreat.
