Having been absent from the shrine at the time, Madoka is brought up to speed about the tug-of-war, and mistakenly believes it to have been a proposal to Hina. Koyori, also home from vacation, visits Madoka and, hearing of the tug-of-war from her, rushes away to find Kazuma. She finds him in the company of the others and confronts him about his apparent proposal, surprising everyone...
