Raki is asked to help out at the Local Idol Festival, an event where idols from all over Japan come together to perform. Raki is given the task of registering the idols as they arrive, which she's really enthusiastic about as she'll get the chance to interact with many idols. However, when the local idols from Hokkaido get delayed, Raki's luck manages to save the day.
